*Position: AGILE CONSULTANT WITH KANBAN KNOWLEDGE BENEFICIAL* *Location: WILMINGTON, DE* *Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 9 Months)* *JOB DESCRIPTION:* · Support the transition of new and existing projects to an Agile way of working. - Assess team readiness for agile, and agree the project fluency levels reported to leadership - Act as a team agile coach embedded within teams as required: · Mentor and coach agile delivery teams, team coaches and product owners. · Identify and coach emergent team coaches within the department. · Provision of onsite, adhoc and formal agile/lean training, with support from the central Agile adoption team. · Enable Lean practice adoption, in the context of project delivery. · Establish project metrics to measure iterative customer benefits. · Help the Leadership Team understand and develop their Agile and Lean knowledge and practices. · Participate and support in Agile Communities Of Practice: ensuring consistent methods/approaches are used across the group · Become fluent in the Barclays Agile Change Lifecycle (our SDLC for Agile projects), and support its adoption by projects · Identify impediments to the Agile ways of working, and work with the central team to solve/mitigate. *TECHNICAL SKILLS*: · Agile Expertise, Kanban knowledge beneficial - Lean knowledge needed, in the context of Agile project delivery. - Servant leadership skills. - Excellent facilitator. - Excellent communicator. - Ability to work autonomously. - High levels of initiative. - Passion for Agility and integrity. · CSP qualification desirable. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
