As a lead developer responsible for developing, testing and performance tuning DataStage Px jobs 2. Translate business requirements into DataStage technical specifications and arrive at design for DataStage jobs 3. Communicate with QA, DBA, BA and other departments to resolve any questions that raises during design, development and testing phase 4. Work with a team of offshore folks, transfer knowledge to offshore and get the development of DataStage jobs completed, test and rollout in production environment - perform onsite liaison role 5.
