Duration – 6+ Months Client – Public Sector Start Date – ASAP Rates : All inclusive Need a SAP BW lead developer with strong BW and ABAP development skills in various SAP FILO/HCM modules. We are expecting this position to be at least for 6 months. 1. The role involves leading a team of internal *BW* developers as well as providing and design solutions for complex models, performance improvement of existing solutions and hands-on trouble shooting of issues. 2. This role is a hands-on technical contributor and subject matter expert on SAP BW data warehouse solutions and SAP BW best practices. 3. At least 8 years of hands-on development experience with SAP BI/BW objects including InfoCubes, DSO, custom development, MultiProvider, BEx Query, Query as a Web Service, Process Chains, and understanding of their integration with BO 4. Experience with enhancement of standard extractor based on customer requirements using ABAP. 5. Work with customers to understand business requirements and translate designs to fully functional business intelligence solutions. 6. Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. Must be a self-starter that is self-driven to find solutions to issues. 7. Knowledge and experience in various R/3 modules: HCM-OM, HCM-PA, Payroll, Time, GL, MM, PS, FM, GM, Integrated Planning (IP) etc. 8. Monitor, communicate, and troubleshoot issues with data integrity, data design, and any functional and technical issues 9. Prior Production Support Experience is must 10. Knowledge and experience in query optimization techniques 11. Creates comprehensive technical program documentation including specifications, test plans, etc. 12. Hands-on with software code life cycle management (move dev objects from Dev-QA-Prod) 13. Conducts BW data model design reviews and presentations 14. Strong written and verbal communication skills 15. Good understanding of Change management process 16.
