Hi Partners, Please find below requirement and kindly send me suitable profiles ASAP Business Analyst + Project Manager & Business Analyst Importance: High *Two requirements* – 1 - BA+PM - JD is below 2 - BA - Plz exclude PM requirement from below JD Location - Seattle/Tacoma - Washington The red highlighted portion are not as important as the rest *Business Analyst + Project Manager * *Role Description* * * · 10+ years of work experience as a business analyst within the Asset Management domain with excellent grasp of investment data (Security master, Performance master etc) · Should have worked in a project managerial capacity having managed multiple streams of work in parallel and be involved in a hands on manner to influence key project stakeholders in making decisions around data quality, data management processes, data standards etc. · Will be working across multiple projects in the capacity of business analyst evangelizing the Enterprise Data Management program's goals and standards and helping the project team adopt the defined standards · The project areas are - *Performance Management*: This project will involve the consolidation of existing performance mgmt and reporting systems. The next step will be to move the consolidated data to a new platform and the options that are available are to develop a new system ground up *Risk Management*: Likely to implement a outsourced solution approach to implement a risk platform *Portfolio Management*: The current focus is to bring in a Portfolio mgmt system for EMEA and solve the issues they are facing in managing separate accounts. *Responsibilities*: · Analysis · Work with the business to formalize and map current (As-Is) and proposed future (To-Be) business processes. Perform gap analysis as required. · Identify and recommend opportunities to improve or re-design business processes. · Perform stakeholder analysis, Identify different perspectives and resolve conflicts. · Perform standard business and strategic analyses including the determination of Business Objectives, SWOT Analysis and Business Activity Modeling. · Perform Use-Case analysis to model the interactions between systems and users. · Gather user requirements using appropriately selected and applied elicitation techniques. · Work with the business to prioritize requirements, resolve conflicting requirements and to establish Key Performance Indicators. · Analyze, document, validate, manage and communicate business requirements. · Identify how business requirements may be supported by business systems. · Entity Relationship modeling in support of the business requirements. *Solution Development* · Collaborate with the business, Business Relationship Manager, and IT teams to provide solutions to meet strategic and tactical business requirements. · Participate in proof of concept analyses and work with business to ensure understanding of system advantages and limitations. · Collaborate with the business, PM and development teams to create and engineer project plans, approaches and strategies. · Work with IT to ensure business requirements are properly scoped and understood. · Work with IT to translate business requirements into designs for technical solutions. · Ongoing SME participation in development projects to ensure proper implementation of business requirements. · Participate in vendor reviews, analyze and perform gap analysis and influence vendor selections. · Facilitate the creation of use case scenarios and support user acceptance testing. · Work with the business and IT to define service level objectives (SLO). *Relationship Management* · Proactively identify and solve business, organizational, technical, and project management issues through a process of negotiation and / or escalation. · Provide high-level technical consultation while identifying and utilizing subject matter experts from IT when required. · Work with business units to understand, set and manage their expectations. · Create and manage frameworks for day-to-day communication between the business and IT and for the resolution of problems and incidents through the effective utilization of the various service and consulting teams within IT. · Conceptualize, document and present business cases covering the development and implementation of business changes.
