 *Job Roles / Responsibilities*:

 Senior Resource will perform Architect level role. The junior resource will
perform production support activities as mentioned below.

 -          Monitor the ETL jobs.

-          Compare with previous runs and identify Trend and RCA.

-          Runbook updates for new process & any changes in the documented
process

-          Coordination with other support teams.

-          Rollback and reload corrected files (which were originally bad)

-          Implement quick fixes if necessary or coordinate with development
team in case it needs major enhancement.

-          Perform Gate reviews during code migration from Dev to QA and QA
to Prod

-          Perform Code migrations between environments.

-          Sending missing data follow up reports to Business managers.

-          Document and track data issues reported and work out the issues
to closure

-          Send weekly & monthly status reports on the number of tickets
opened, list of open and closed issues, % of space used and remaining on the
server & database

-          Handling OS issues

-          Incident management via Service Center

-          Task management via JIRA

-          Schedule the jobs. Create event triggers

-          Provide support for Planned/emergancy releases.

-         Monitoring of Informatica server capacity and performance

-         Apply patches/hot fix from Informatica support.

-         Analysis of recurring issues and resolution

-         Maintaining Knowledge repository related to support process.
