Specific focus on raw material testing and conformance across the Supply Chain. - 2009: Feasibility required as to how SAP QM can meet the business requirements for inbound raw material testing plus other quality and food safety business areas (ancillaries & telemetry). Co-author Feasibility study to document the To-Be process, including information on the SAP QM system. Need to train the core project team on SAP QM functionality. - 2009: Post feasibility will be to turn the To-Be processes into full working solutions to cover the scope of project. - Responsibility to develop Configuration Guide, Functional/Technical Specifications, Master Data organization and structure, unit test plan and test scripts (ASAP) - 2010 Participate in Business Integration Testing. Partner with the business in creating training material for end users. - Implementation/roll-out of SAP QM solution to 2 sites. Develop a separate QM implementation guide for steps to integrate QM when the Supply Chain Inbound project occurs (2-3 years in the future). *SAP QM Functional/Technical expert* This role will be a member of the project team working as the SAP QM technical/functional expert. He/She will be providing their expertise and experience to the project team by advising, creating and demonstrating how SAP QM can support and execute the required business processes. *The responsibilities are*: - Advise business process experts on what is possible/is not possible through SAP QM and how to make best use of SAP QM to deliver the required business benefits/scenarios - Deliver a working SAP QM prototype system which meets the business experts/functional analysts agreements - Ensure all the set-up requirements required by SAP QM system are clear and completed e.g. master data, configuration, security, reporting, etc - Define Unit Testing Plan and Test Scripts (ASAP) - Ensure the availability and stability of the SAP QM module on behalf of the project team through liaising with technical teams. - Provide on-the-job SAP QM training to project team - Fulfil role as Technical/Functional Lead during Business Integration Testing - QA Training Material developed for end users - Develop Implementation guide for integration points when Supply Chain Inbound goes live - SAP QM 5 years doing blueprinting, configuration, testing, and documentation - Leading business process blueprinting/prototypes with SAP QM for 3 or more separate companies - Creation of a working SAP QM prototype for 3 or more separate companies - Excellent communication skills. Verbal for workshops and discussions and written for test script and configuration documentation. - Managing client expectations in terms of scope creep, functionality and workload planning. - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Fluent in English - Process industry for 3 separate companies e.g FMCG, Pharma, Chemicals. - Integration points of SAP QM with purchasing, manufacturing, finance and Sales / Distribution - Working in a multi-cultural, global project team - 'Can-do' approach. - SAP QM certification, - FMCG 3 years - Quality and food safety business experience 3 years. - Inbound raw material & vendor assurance experience 3 years. - Robust knowledge of, and experience in delivering projects through structured Project Management Methodologies for 3 separate companies. - 3 Full SAP project lifecycles . - Good understanding of SAP modules PP-PI and MM.
