At least 2 years of Industry experience who can work in a fast paced environment with evolving requirements. Must be very hands on. Able to convert low level design into working code. Can work with minimal supervision and self motivated/self starter. Can mentor other junior developers. Nice to have Financial Services Industry in Compliance Group. *Skills List*: Expert level knowledge of GWT and other Web 2.0 technologies. At least 2 end to end implementations of production quality projects using GWT(preferably GWT 2.x) Nice to have other web 2.0 experience – AJAX, JQuery, DOJO or HTML5 Well versed with MVP and best practices of GWT implementation. Can design very intuitive and user friendly user interfaces. Very good in Core Java/JEE. Very good in terms of using open source frameworks and tools. Strong experience deploying applications in Websphere application server. Good working knowledge of Oracle database. Working knowledge of Maven build process, Cruise Control and version control systems like Subversion Experience in Unix/Linux and Shell scripting. Comfortable working with remote teams.
