To accomplish this, the product specialist will need to analyze the existing system, recommend a design, develop, and implement the resulting application. * *Familiar with J2EE architecture as it applies to HATS applications * *Experience in designing IBM Host Access Tranformation Services (HATS) applications * *Experience in ensuring that all project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives * *Experience in determining time estimates and schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner * *Proficient in the use of Rational Application Developer and the HATS Tool * *Solid knowledge of HTML, JAVA, Java Script, and JSP's. * *
