*Position: Software Developer Lead*
Location: Windsor, CT
Duration: 12months+
The Senior Software Developer Lead will participate in the design phase of a
project, and then lead a small team of offshore developers through the
development lifecycle to successfully develop and test the project feature
set.
*Job Description:*
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent plus 5+
years hand on experience building software applications using Struts,
Java/JSP, PL/SQL in a J2EE environment.
Proven expertise across a broad spectrum of Web technologies
(Ajax/JavaScript, Struts 2.0, JSP and web services APIs). Experience in
ExtJS is a strong plus.
Experience in JBoss Applicaton Server.
Familiarity with Java Mail API, and Jasper Reporting tool is highly desired.
Extensive experience with writing PL-SQL for DB2, Sybase and/or Oracle
databases.
Solid understanding of MVC applied to OO principles, patterns, relational
databases.
Experience in RBAC security coding.
Familiarity of ETL tools such as Informatica is plus.
Ability to take business requirements and define functional and design
specifications, and create prototypes.
Strong verbal and written communication skill and strong command of the
English language.
