Must have very very good communication skills - written and oral Will be working in a Microsoft and .NET environment but candidate will not be a programmer. Responsibilities will be to help oversee many different medium to large sized IT/software projects Client is a non-profit association (about 200 people so fairly small) located in Northern VA. 6 month contract which could be extended Need a resource asap.
