Job Title: Sharepoint Business Analyst Location: San Ramon, CA Experience Level/Designation: 7+Years Duration: Long Term This position is for a senior technical analyst specializing in SharePoint development. Their primary role will be to develop SharePoint solutions for Law business partners by following Law’s IM standards. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: · Design, develop and implement SharePoint-based solutions · Administer and support SharePoint collections · InfoPath form development and workflow foundation programming · Work with the Law business partners and design, develop , implement and test information management solutions · Provide ongoing level 2 and 3 support for information management solutions, which includes responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving system related issues, developing and maintaining interfaces, extracting, transforming and loading data into application data stores, creating reports, performing application upgrades, developing test plans, testing changes and maintaining documentation · Subject Matter Expert in design, architectural and development principles · Provide system governance, performing an assessment of design changes and impact. · Perform business analysis to identify and define and document business opportunities for the Law customers and participate in the development of the solution design · Adhere to change management processes for the applications supported · Customer Focus: Builds and maintains good relationships with customers. Strong communication skills. Demonstrates ability to effectively plan, schedule and manage work activities to deliver operationally excellent, reliable and cost effective solutions.
