*Position:- Business Analyst Exp in Healthcare Industry* *Location:- Egan, MN Duration:- 6+ Month* *(Green Card OR US Citizen Only.)* *Qualifications:* - Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or related field - 5 - 10 years experience as a business analyst - Resource will need to have the knowledge on both the business and technical side and for these roles about 60% will be on the systems side and about 40% on the business side - 5 - 10 years experience in the healthcare industry (PBM experience preferred with understanding of Medicare) - 5 - 10 years experience working in an internal or commercial software development organization (must have applied knowledge of the software development lifecycle); RxClaim experience preferred - Ability to interact productively and professionally with both internal and external clients - Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prior experience giving presentations to audiences of varying size and level - Proficiency in Visio, Microsoft Word, Excel, Project.
