*MUST HAVE PREVIOUS TRESURY, INVESTMENT, OR ACCOUNTING EXPIERENCE.*
*Engagement Description *
This individual will be responsible for identifying issues within systems
interfaces and erroneous data in existing vendor-hosted systems/databases
as well as working with the BCBSM Business and internal/external IT teams
to resolve them.
*Top Skills/Experience *
1. Advanced complex data analysis and ETL experience (7+ years)
2. Hands on experience supporting Treasury systems (3+ years)
3. Hands on experience supporting Investment Accounting systems (3+ years)
*Required Skills/Experience *
Advanced complex data analysis and ETL experience
Experience with Investment Accounting and/or Treasury Systems *(PAM, CAMRA,
Bloomberg, BlackRock)*
Comfortable with the nomenclature of investments and accounting
Highly proficient in data processes and workflows; familiarity with such in
a large enterprise environment
Highly skilled in ability to reverse-engineer feeds in the absence of full
documentation without benefit of specialized toolsets
Comfortable and successful in determining tactics and process required to
achieve data-related objectives without need for task-level direction
Familiarity with project lifecycle SDLC, defect tracking and change
management procedures
Able to identify likely sources of data contamination, data
processing/workflow breaks/breakdowns and explain same to non-technical
audience
Ability to write clear and concise documentation that can be understood by
others who may not have direct knowledge of the subject
*Preferred Skills/Experience *
Systems/business experience with large custodial banks (State Street,
Northern Trust, Bank of New York and Wells Fargo)
Risk management system experience is a plus
BlackRock Aladdin experience is a plus
Working knowledge of SharePoint
*Educational Requirements *
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or closely related
field preferred
