*Please mail your resumes to an...@waltechinc.com* *Requirement details * *Position Title : **AIX AND WebSphere administrator** Location : Fairlawn, NJ Duration : 4-6 months contract interview : Phone + Inperson * *Strong 5 year AIX AND WebSphere administrator, certification preferred! * The UNIX will be primarily AIX, and the Middleware primarily WebSphere Application Server , but there are also other technologies as listed below. *Job Description:* o Planning, testing, and Building of IBM AIX LPARs, WebSphere Application Server environments, and related Web Server farms. o Technologies include: IBM P-Series, IBM AIX, WebSphere Application Server ND, Tomcat, Apache, SiteMinder, PHP, shell scripting, DMZ and secure networks. o Collaboration with other teams in the planning and implementation of new applications, technologies, standards and processes. o Provide support for application development for UNIX web based applications. *Skills & Technical Background must include:* o 5 or more years of related experience. o Proficiency in installing, integrating, tuning, and troubleshooting of IBM AIX running on IBM P-Series virtualization hardware. o Proficiency in installing, integrating, tuning, and troubleshooting of WebSphere Application Server ND. o Proficient in using Tivoli Performance Viewer and other WebSphere performance tools. o Experience on HP-UX and/or Red Hat Linux is a Plus. o Experience with other Web, Application, and Middleware technologies: Apache, Tomcat, Broadvision, SOA, J2EE, shell scripting, and networking skills. o Working knowledge and understanding of Networking/Routing concepts, Checkpoint firewalls, F5 load balancers, and MQ. o Very detail oriented and experience working in a production environment using Change Control practices and working under technical project plans and timelines. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
