Location: Irving, TX Length: 10+ months (client wants candidates who are open to long term or perm opportunities) Position Summary: As a Senior Software Developer design and develop system framework and application components, and assist with the development of programming practices and procedures. The work environment is dynamic and challenging. The right candidate must be a team player who works well without supervision, has the ability to work on multiple projects and can organize and prioritize their work to achieve desired results in a timely manner. This position will be working on all stages of the software development lifecycle so similar experience is required. Technologies & Tools: * Strong and recent C# programming experience (3+ yrs experience) * Full SDLC experience * ASP.NET 2.0 * MS SQL 2000/2005: stored procedures, tables, views, etc. (use both in-house) * Visual Studio 2005 * Web and Win Services Methodology/Certification: * Strong organizational and communication skills, and a capacity for attending to details * Team player with a good attitude and ability to grasp new technologies & react to changes in a demanding and fast-paced environment * Creative, focused, results-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful problem-solver with excellent analysis, design and debugging skills * Expertise in the .NET development and architectural design experience with due consideration to adaptability, maintainability, performance and scalability issues * Expertise in developing web based applications using C#/ASP.NET. * Solid understanding of data Structures, algorithms, and Object-Oriented design.
