Required Skills: . 7 + years supporting SQL Server databases in high availability environments . Demonstrated experience in disaster recovery planning and testing . Thorough knowledge of Windows platforms . Understanding of systems development processes and business processes . Proven analytic skills and strong judgment . Excellent communication skills . Ability to work effectively with team/others and share knowledge to ensure team success . Ability to work through issues with Microsoft technical support .
