Given the critical dependencies we have on design and technology documentation, we would like to be able to review examples of prior design work from candidates. 1. consultant will be staffed on one or more projects in flight and in queue for 2011 impacting multiple applications across our Weblogic technology platform. 2. design, development, and production support of Java/J2EE on Weblogic platform. Needs to be able to balance multiple priorities. 3. The consultant will be part of the HBS Technology team that currently has seven team members who support the platform of 12 applications, both internal and external facing. Good written and verbal communication skills a must since our technology team is tightly integrated with our business and interacts regularly with all levels of business partners across service and product teams. 4. proven Java/J2EE dev skills. Proven design and dev experience on complex technology platforms. We make use of Struts, Spring, and Hibernate in our platform. Must be comfortable taking ownership of critical development and coordinating development and deployments from multiple development contributors. 5.
