The person doesn’t need to have deep IIB or WTX skills, although it would help. But they need to have a strong Integration background (dev or admin) and they should be able to design and run Integration test cases. This WTX person will need to work closely with the customer to understand their formats and as such will need to be posses excellent interpersonal communication skills and be a detailed type who can speak the language of EDI.
