Adhering to all client/lender policies and procedures, in addition to *Federal, State *and/or* municipal laws and regulations within the due diligence process*. Identifying portfolio risks resulting from clients' underlying business practices, underwriting and/or fraud exposure. Supporting the decisions and knowledge of supervisors and colleagues by sharing information about the business unit, organization and the underwriting industry. Taking an active role in identifying potential challenges within the underwriting process and/or department and making recommendations for improvements.
