*Position: SR. Oracle OTM Functional* *Location: Portland- OR Duration: 6 months* * * *Job Description* This position is a technical authority responsible for providing advice, counsel and direction relative to the development and deployment of Menlo’s Global TMS Product (OTM) throughout the Menlo organization. This position is responsible to analyze, document, configure, test, train, deploy, and support Menlo's Global TMS Product for new and converting clients. This position will collaborate with Internal and External Clients, Business Development teams, IT teams, and employ LEAN principles as well as Menlo’s Knowledge Vault and Global Process Navigator tools, to develop solutions and standards for complex and critical assignments. The successful candidate will advise, coach, and mentor other team members and the organization on the use and development of Menlo’s global TMS product, helping to drive the organization and TMS product solution to market leading status. *Qualifications* Experience: This Position requires minimum of 7 years of cross functional business management experience including business analysis, IT applications development, logistics and/or supply chain solutions, and project management. (Education may substitute for years of experience). The position must be willing to travel 60+% of the time and must have capabilities to lead multiple projects and teams at the same time. Education: Degree in Logistics, Operations, Management, Lean Manufacturing or related field required.
