have Agile experience, Automation Testing (Selenium)*   To create and
maintain automated functional testing scripts, tools, and data sets in an
Agile development environment.
Performs setup and maintenance of continuous integration environments

1. Analyzes, designs, and develops automated functional test scripts,
programs and executes data set creation and ensures appropriate testing
tools are created and/or maintained to accomplish project
and acceptance/regression testing goals.

2. Organizes and maintains the complete library of automation related data
and tools including scripts. Monitors continuous integration environment
configurations and all testing results. Documents and
communicates continuous test plans and result sets.

3. Works with Agile Test Analysts and Developers, in an iterative fashion,
to ensure test scenarios and plans meet specifications for projects,
acceptance, and regression tests.

4. Maintains knowledge of the corporate development system, as well as the
continuous integration architecture, related to software and hardware.

5. Proposes technical approach to maintaining and improving automated test
development. This includes architectural, code and security reviews to
ensure the testability of these approaches.

6. Evaluates and reports on new automation tools to continuously improve
automation capabilities. Demonstrates new tools and technologies within
proof of concept environments.

7. Provides and maintains means of collecting and reporting on software
development metrics.

Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary
Job Responsibilities as described above.

Minimum Qualifications:

Position requires an associate*s degree with coursework in computer science
or information systems and five years' related work experience in quality
assurance or application development in an Agile environment.

Position requires advanced knowledge of Agile development methodology;
expert level understanding of HP/Mercury Quick Test Professional; Java, VB,
VBScript, JavaScript, Ant, PL/SQL, and HTML programming, plus Windows and
UNIX scripting proficiency are required; fundamental understanding of web
services, XML, AJAX and other web related technologies along with an
advanced knowledge
of client/server platforms and relational databases, enterprise or
distributed computing is also required; candidates with working knowledge
of WebLogic and workshop/Eclipse IDE preferred; knowledge and experience
with C#, plus advanced understanding of HP/Mercury Loadrunner (and
associated monitors including RSTATD) is also preferred; ability to analyze
and resolve complex problems; use
independent judgment and communicate effectively with internal and external
contacts.
