The consultant will work under the supervision of the Implementation Team
Manager to complete the following:

1. Conduct a series of activities to understand and review the project's
business requirements, current information architecture, business process,
and other aspects pertinent to the activation of the forecasting tools;

2. Identify how each forecasting sources will be integrated with the
Liquidity Forecast and Liquidity Planner:

   - Cash Management Flows (Bank Balances – MT940, MT942, Treasury Flows,
   Payment Requests, Posted Payments)
   - Inflows
   - Accounts Receivables (Grants Management)
   - Forecasted payments by National Committees from our PFP section (Fund
   Raising, Contributions)
   - Pre-contract flows from our PPD section (Contributions)
   - Cash flows from GAVI & Procurement Services
   - Outflows
   - Accounts Payable
   - HR Payroll/Payments
   - Payables in Purchase Order stage
   - Payables in Purchase Requisition stage
   - Payables in Funds Commitment stage
   - Payables in Travel Commitment stage
   - DCT (Direct Cash Transfer)
   - Cash flows from GAVI (Escrow Account)

3. Present the difference between Liquidity Forecast and Liquidity Planner
highlighting the advantages and disadvantages on the following aspects:

   - Functionality; forecasting range, reporting variations and capabilities
   - Complexity of implementation; resources needed (e.g. software,
   hardware, experts)
   - Duration of implementation
   - Cost of implementation

4. Identify the gaps and list the necessary actions to achieve a successful
implementation

   - Identification of related master data maintenance (if any)
   - Identification of areas within SAP ERP that can be delivered from
   standard SAP and which areas require enhancements
   - Recommendation of systems other than SAP ERP need to be involved (e.g.
   SAP BW)
   - Recommendation of development and enhancements outside SAP ERP

5. Recommend additional forecasting tools and reporting options

6. Blueprint the TO-BE business processes

7. Knowledge turnover to implementation team.

*Qualifications of Successful Candidate*

*Education*

University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or
related field.

*Relevant Skills and Experience*

   - Extensive working experience in SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 environment
   - Extensive implementation experience of SAP Liquidity Forecast and
   Liquidity Planner in SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 including interfaces to and from other
   related systems; enough to provide several options on areas where there are
   no SAP standard solution available.
   - Expert knowledge of SAP enhancement framework
   - Experience in understanding the identified gaps and provide
   solution(s), translate it to technical efforts and estimate the work for
   the same
   - Experience in writing technical specifications
   - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
   - Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
   - Ability to work in a diverse and multi-cultural environment
   - Ability to engage and work cooperatively with other SAP, non-SAP
   consultants, and staff
