I am having a very very urgent need for the candidate for the below requirement, the project is in VA and estimated duration for the project is earlier 6 months and then may be extended to many years. If you feel comfortable to any of the below requirements, please revert back to me with your resume and contact details at the earliest so that we could proceed further: Resource 1: Performance Test coordinator/Lead · At least 10 years of IT experience , with at least 5 years in Performance Testing. · Experience in HP performance center. · Experience in working with Various business teams to understand performance requirements/work breakdown . · Able to handle multiple priorities and motivate team members to achieve results. Must be self motivated. · Knowledge of other HP tools (Quality center/UCMDB/release control/PPM ) is a plus. · Process Mindset. Good Documentation skills. Resource 2 : Performance Testing analyst/Architect · At least 5-7 years experience working in performance testing . Expert in HP performance center · Able to convert business requirements into Test cases, build click steams, write scripts and execute them . Should also be able to decipher the results of test and communicate remediation to the project teams. · Understand the various layers of IT infrastructure to be able to define the right benchmarks for production performance. Resource 3 and 4 :Test scripter/HP Tools Support Admin · At least 3-5 years of experience working with Performance testing and scripting with Performance center. · Knowledge of HP tools (Quality center/UCMDB/release control/PPM) and have experience supporting these tools. · Understanding of blueprint Requirement center . · Willing to learn new technologies. Easily adapt to(flexible) various needs of the team .
