do not have to have any certifications or experience in IT. They
will support the business
side, but the manager said banking & finance industry would be helpful, not
required. This
could possibly be someone who moved from a BA to a PM, or I'm thinking even
a really
strong Project Coordinator who has supported multiple project at the same
time.
*Title: *BA with PM skills (2 positions)
*Contract Length: *4 months

*Rate Range: *$35.00 corp to corp
*Candidates selected for this opportunity will need to meet our customer’s
standard Credit Criteria. I will provide details on the credit guidelines
for this customer if interested in moving forward.*
Responsible for the delivery of projects in support of the Foreclosure,
Bankruptcy, and REO team.
The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the
definition, planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed
customer and stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Lead and manage multiple projects focused on developing key
infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams (internal and external parties) through the
development and execution of high profile initiatives
- Effectively build and foster strong relationships with diverse groups
and all levels of management, as well as individuals outside of Capital
One
- Create project plans and other related project management documents
- Perform root cause analysis, develop solution options, and influence
the organization to adopt recommended solutions/trade offs
- Effectively leverage approved Project Management tools and process to
develop requirements, plan deliverables, secure resources, communicate
milestones, mitigate risks, deliver project objectives, and communicate
status
- Ability to independently and proactively identify and resolve project
issues/problems
