Responsibilities:
Experienced Project Manager in support of the Business Store to plan,
execute, and finalize projects according to tight deadlines. This
individual will lead teams that are agile-based and
projects with teams that are comprised of onsite, offsite, and offshore
resources. Candidates must be able to operate within a dynamic and
fast-paced environment. This person will need
to work effectively within various levels of the organization.
Additionally, will have experience managing individual contributors.
Requirements:
· 5-10 years of experience managing technology projects
· 5 years of management experience
· Must possess the interpersonal skills necessary to effectively
interact with senior management (VP, Director, etc.) within an organization.
· Must have a proven track record of directly or indirectly leading
multidiscipline teams through the successful delivery of medium to large
scale projects.
* Must have demonstrated experience working in a Waterfall methodology
and progression to Agile environment
· Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that
support business goals in collaboration with senior management
· Plan, schedule, and track schedule project timelines and
milestones using appropriate tools
· Ability to effectively communicate project expectations with team
members and other stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and
presentations
· Ability to identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the
project team
· Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential
crises, and devise contingency plans
It would be considered a plus if candidate has any of the following:
· PMP or Scrum Master certification
· Digital Product Knowledge
· SDLC Knowledge
· Experience using project management applications such as: Mingle,
MS Project, or Clarit
