Person who don't mind putting extra hours to understand new system. - This person should have good data analytical skill to see the symptom from .NET front end tool and find root cause in backend stored proc. - This person should have good data analytical skill to see the symptom from SSIS ETL run and find root cause in backend stored proc. - This person should have good data analytical skill to see the symptom from SSRS report and find root cause in backend stored proc. - suggest good solutions for all above issues. *Should have* - Good knowledge on debugging data issues when it occurred from multiple stored procs. - should be able to see the inefficient stored proc, check the sql behind, and come up with best solution to tune the SQL and Stored Proc. - should be able to suggest good way to improve table structure by using partitioning or indexing or archiving old data. - performance tuning for complex, inefficient sql queries, procedures, or indexing strategies. - Generate deployment script in .sql format.
