The incumbent will work with Application Development staff to validate and certify changes to Clearinghouse applications and serve as maintenance developer/technical support for different development projects. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Position may be required to perform other duties as required. • Provide maintenance Development for Clearinghouse software applications. • Provide level 2 and 3 technical supports for Clearinghouse software applications. • Create and maintain technical and knowledgebase documentation. • Diagnose problems, troubleshoot and develop technical solutions. • Coach less-experienced team members. • Solve problems independently with minimal technical or managerial guidance. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: • At least 6 years of hands-on professional software development. • At least 5 years of hands-on SQL. • At least 3 years of Web application development. • At least 3 years of Client/Server application development. • Knowledge of Java, C, ASP, JavaScript, HTML. • Knowledge of a variety of computer software, network systems, operating systems, and installation procedures. • Technical Support, Customer Service or Help Desk experience in software environment. OTHER HELPFUL EXPERIENCE: • Knowledge of XML and Web Service Application development. • Knowledge of Oracle, informix. Top 3 Skills Needed . At least 5 years of hands-on SQL .
