*Responsibilities:*Act as a Transformation & Execution lead for one for one or more streams of work Establishing program level cadence and driving program level ceremonies (e.g. PSI Planning, release train retrospectives, backlog refinement) Work with other program leaders to drive the definition and refinement of the program backlog Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the Scrum Masters at the team level Ensure cross-value stream coordination and collaboration Serve as an escalation for impediment removal for the Scrum Masters Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on program-level progress and quality Act as a liaison to assigned program manager and project managers. Take responsibility for managing dependencies between the program team and third parties, release managers, or between the team and other scrum teams. Actively contribute to the company’s Agile and Lean Community through participation in the internal Agile Community of Practice and Scrum Master Forums. *Requirements:* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of IT experience 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach 2+ years of leading/managing people 2+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects 2+ years of experience working on mixed methodology program (Scrum interfacing with Waterfall from a dependency perspective) Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Experience acting as a Scrum Master for multiple scrum teams Experience with Rally Experience with various Testing techniques such as Test Driven Development and Behavior driven testing. Experience and understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and Frameworks (service layer isolation) Experience and understanding of Front End User Experience and Front End Development technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
