Job Description The client intends to replace its legacy hosted Oracle EBS HCM system with Fusion HCM. We are looking for a Conversion and Interface Lead for this project. This role will be responsible for design and development activities for conversion and interfaces. The conversion needs to be for HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Performance Modules. Also, there are about 50 interfaces in scope of the project. This role needs to work closely with the client for all technical activities related to conversion and interfaces. The interface systems are Kronos, Beeline, Oracle EBS Financials, Taleo. He/She will be supported by our Fusion Technical SMEs (part time) and SDC developers in India and/or China. Skills required are strong Oracle EBS development, conversion, and interfaces experience with deep knowledge of table structure, good client management experience, and preferably Oracle Fusion experience.
