Role: Business Analyst - Point of Sale Triage Medicare D Analyst. Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin (non-locals okay) Duration: until the end of the year, possibly into next year Rate: open Point of Sale Triage Medicare D Analyst - Business Analyst RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Support analytical and problem solving activities for Medicare D claims processing, Secondary claims and Fir transactions. 2. Monitor all releases and changes to these processes for accuracy. 3. Continuously update all remedy tickets with current progress or status. 4. Serve as liaison between Development, QA and Account Teams. 5. Follow up on resolution of any open items or issues. 6. Compile daily statistics of required data. 7. Analyze statistics on a weekly basis and provide quarterly presentations to POS Business Requirements personnel. 8. Other projects as required by trends. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Minimum of 4 year college degree 2. Minimum of 3 - 4 years work experience 3. Ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks in a high pressure environment which runs under a strictly defined daily timeframe 4. Extremely detailed oriented 5. Excellent written and oral communication skills 6. Excellent interpersonal skills 7. Good Analytical skills 8. Good basic math skills 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. 10. Experience in non-development application support of very complex, very large mainframe based application. 11. Rumba, ESD, Research tools, Remedy, and others 12. Knowledge of as many areas of Pharmacy Claims processing functions as possible (Client setup, Copay, Pricing, PPO, Claims Processing, Ded/Cap/Oop, Specialty pharmacy, PA/PLA, TCO, Retail, Mail, Direct, ZBL, PDN, etc.) 13.
