Defines and documents project scope, business requirements, software specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Defines business Use Cases and associated high level test scenarios Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for new capabilities. Performs business analysis and test functions for projects Develops and prepares computer systems requirements and develops procedures to process data. Analyzes functional problems and determines techniques and requirements most feasible for processing the data. Prepares definition of functional problems and makes recommendations Leads project team and business requirement/scoping meetings. Delivers informative, well-organized scope documents and business requirements. Understands how to communicate effectively with both business partners and the support team. Ability to gather requirements for downstream and upstream application interfaces and create integration specifications. Requirements Be able to clearly describe and isolate in-scope and out of scope elements Minimum 5-8 years experience as a Business Analysis Clear understanding of SDLC models Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio) Strong Communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills Bachelors degree is required.
