Business Objects Developer: The Individual will be responsible for working as a member of Finance Reporting and Analysis team. The specific duties of the person include reviewing requirements, validating financial reports, and prioritizing report development for all of Red Hat's business units worldwide. Specific Duties and Responsibilities are: – Business Intelligence reporting in Finance and Sales Operations environment – Performing reporting using Business Objects web intelligence tools against centralized Data Warehouse – Working with Company's Business Intelligence team to create new data marts, reports based on the analysis of reporting requirements gathered from functional teams. – Developing technical reports and processes for data validation – Understand the overall business strategy and strive for business alignment with BI offerings – Designing and developing WEBI reports, ETL Workflows and Xcelsius Dashboard – Ability to quickly locate, analyze financial and operational data – Work effectively on multiple priorities with strict deliverable dates Qualifications: – Bachelors degree in Computer Science or closely related degree – 5 years strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing and deploying Business Objects XI R2. – Experience using Universe Designer and BO Data Integrator – Strong in DW concepts – Experience on reporting using Oracle Modules like Order Management, Billings, AR, AP, GL – Experience in Business Objects Voyager – Knowledge on SalesForce would be huge plus – Experience working in a Worldwide organization. – Ability to perform tuning and query optimization using oracle SQL – Business Objects Certifications ( WEBI, ETL) Optional – Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
