Participate in test reviews. Provide inputs to test planning. Completes assigned testing tasks Understands testing methodology and expected results Complete assigned tasks. Provide detailed definition on how the applications will support business requirements. Provide expertise for defining functional architecture and infrastructure for applications. Plan and develop standard operating procedures for a process. Direct and participate in design of application. Interpret and understand user requirements/design specifications. Understand team work efforts Identify and track issues, risks and action items affecting own work and work of team. Anticipate and resolve issues specific to the team. Determine time estimates and schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner Review tasks prior to migration into production as appropriate. Organize and prepare work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems. Ensure business requirements are supported by the software.
