Job Title: Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator
Location: Salem, OR
Duration: 6 months

The Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Oregon Health Authority
(OHA) are in need of an Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator/Subject
Matter Expert (SME).
The qualified resource will participate in an assessment of the current
configuration of the environment for both agencies and work with existing
staff to develop a long term Operational support activities for the Oracle
Fusion Middleware systems/solutions. The effort includes an assessment of
potential solutions/services, a definition of support requirements and the
creation of a technology roadmap.
Efforts may include system configuration and implementation
oversight/support as well as optimization (to include
monitoring/maintenance of the Oracle Fusion Middleware). The person
selected for this position will play a vital role in the strategic and
operational direction pursued by both OHA and DHS through expert technical
consultation and guidance in the selection, design and implementation of
complex enterprise solutions.

Skills/Experience
The qualified resource will have 3-5 years of experience supporting
operations and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Middleware solutions at an
enterprise level.  Qualified candidates will have experience in system
design/planning and hardware/software configuration on Oracle Fusion
Middleware systems/solutions. Candidates with an Oracle Fusion Middleware
systems/solution certification are desired. Additional experience can be
substituted in lieu of certification.

The qualified resource will have experience performing operations and
maintenance activities such as:
Installing Oracle WebCenter Sites 11g – Directory Structure, WebCenter
sites database tables and satellite server.
Configuring WebCenter Sites Tools and Properties – Sites Explorer,
CatalogMover, Property Editor and WebCenter Sites Configuration Files
Managing Users and Security – Native Authentication and Authorization,
Single Sign-on and Identity Management
Configuring and Tuning Cache – Resultset Caching, Asset Caching, Rendering
Engine Cache, Cache Management System Tools
Post-Installation Maintenance – System Tools, Error Logs, System
Information Tools, Content Integration and Migration Tools
Oracle WebCenter Sites 11g Functionality – Search Engines, Site
Replication, Workflow, Revision Tracking, Site Preview and Publishing
Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) – Components of Oracle Fusion Middleware
Oracle FMW Concepts – Java Component vs. System Component, WebLogic Server
(WLS) Domain
Farm
Working with the FMW Control – Starting and stopping components with FMW
Control – starting and stopping Admin Server, Managed Server, Oracle HTTP
Server (OHS)
Deployment – Deploying, removing, and redeploying Java EE Applications to
