Description Of Services: The subcontractor will be expected to perform the following duties and tasks: Work closely with others in a collaborative fashion as part of a project team that includes both HCC personal and client personnel Provide Siebel TPM related functional and technical expertise Participate in TPM functional and technical workshops with client personnel Attend status meetings, workshops, issues meetings and other project meetings as scheduled Identify project issues and assist in investigating and resolving assigned issues with the project team Contribute to weekly status report documenting work performed by the functional team and functional status Support the development of project Deliverables Deliverables: Complete and provide commentary around weekly status reports Complete client workshops to confirm requirements, to design the future state processes and to determine system configuration (where applicable). Complete approved business requirements for Siebel TPM technology Current state process design package: A group of documents that capture the specifics for each current state process thread, including the relevant business intelligence components. Each document will contain many sections and will include the current state process flow, a narrative on the current state process, Primary Activity Value Analysis (PAVA) and any key point points, constraints and future needs related to the process. Future state process design package: A group of documents that capture the specifics for each future state process thread, including the relevant business intelligence components. This is the main deliverable that the process teams will use in the implementation phases to configure the applications. Each document will contain many sections and will include the relevant requirements, the future state process flow, a narrative on the future state process, Primary Activity Value Analysis (PAVA) and any key gaps and how they will be resolved. RICEF inventory: Inventory of the custom development objects; reports, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements and forms. The complexity and estimated development hours for each object will be determined in Global Design. Reporting requirements: Initial list of reports required to process and analyze future state business processes.
