6 months tempe AZ GC/citizen/EAD GC only The Business Analyst (BA) supports the TAPFIN business and TAPFIN Technology organization in gathering, defining, documenting, and communicating requirements for TAPFIN software applications.
The BA will work under the supervision of a senior BA and/or manager and will be work multiple requests/projects simultaneously. The BA will work toward and demonstrate an increasing level of knowledge in overall application functionality and design, including work process flows, database structures, data integrity and consistency, and will be knowledgeable about the TAPFIN business in general. Develops user stories and functional specifications. Review business requirements and functional specifications with the development and QA teams; works toward becoming the Subject Matter Expert for the application and business processes. Assisting in QA and UAT functional testing efforts, ensures business requirements are delivered as expected; facilitates UAT with release documentation, test scripts and training; responds to users questions and issues and tracks responses. Creates a cohesive partnership with the application development team. Provides feedback and ideas for overall requirements, development, and testing process improvement.
