*Project Manager - Agile/ScrumPhiladelphia, PA 191036 Months Contract* *Job Details:* Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only) •4+ years working in an Agile/Scrum environment •3+ years creating user stories •Excellent understanding of solution architecture, development processes, and current technologies •Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation •Experience supporting multiple technical projects simultaneously •Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) •Strong understanding of Agile development processes •Experience working with web and/or mobile software development, QA and operations teams •Experience using Jira and Confluence tracking and collaboration tools •Ability to multitask and react in a fast-paced organization •Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders *Top responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:*•Creates design mock-ups as needed to facilitate better understanding of requirements •Responsible for the management and traceability of project requirements •Participates in Intake review and planning cycle •Works with the Product team to further our approach to Agile and Scrum best practices, especially with respect to grooming and maintenance of the product backlog •Works with Product Owner and cross-functional engineering team to continually ensure Product Backlog is groomed and estimated •Coordinates with Product Owner and Scrum Master to prioritize user stories and meet program goals and timelines •Builds, prunes and maintains the product backlog with input from the Product Owner, Tech Lead, Scrum Master and other stakeholders •Works with cross-functional engineering teams to groom and estimate sprint and product backlogs •Facilitates the process for “Just-in-time” story creations and acceptance criteria by working closely with the team to break down backlog items into user stories for implementation •Establishes ongoing, effective two-way communication between the team and business stakeholders to ensure the team is meeting the customers’ needs •Participates in Sprint Planning, Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies •Works with the Scrum Master and Product Owners to facilitate preparation and readiness for each planning session •Works with development team to establish Sprint Goals •Works with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Program Management to assure strategy and execution alignment •Assists in the planning, execution, and analysis of user acceptance testing to ensure test cases and completed user stories meet the Product Owner’s expectations •Instrumental in producing aggregated, system/product demos for key program stakeholders •Serves as liaison between the Development team and the Product Owner(s) *Best,* *Ryan Miller* *Sr. Accounts Manager* *Consulting Knights Inc.* 100 Overlook Center, 2nd Floor Princeton| New Jersey-08540 D: 609-423-4871 Email: ryan.mil...@consultingknights.com www.Consultingknights.com <http://www.consultingknights.com/> *Notice:* This email contains confidential or proprietary information which may be legally privileged.
