client. They are seeking experience with PeopleSoft TAM (Talent Acquisition
Manager) and Candidate Gateway.  Successful candidates will have completed
at least 1-2 full implementations of this tool.

Client has an urgent need to fill the position that is listed below. The
managers would like to see resumes back within 24 hours and would like to
hopefully set up interviews for Friday or Monday of next week. Since
there’s a very short time frame on this position, please send resumes

*Position Description: *

*Develop, design and implement solutions to support company initiatives for
complex business requirements through knowledge of PeopleSoft Talent
Acquisition Manager (TAM) and Candidate Gateway modules. Implementation of
new functionality within PeopleSoft TAM and Candidate gateway. Transfer
knowledge to other technical and functional resources.***

Essential Functions of Job



1.       Ability to handle high levels of responsibility, self-directed,
with strong organization skills

2.       Work closely with the Business Analyst to identify the needs of
the department and retrofit them to what PeopleSoft TAM and candidate
Gateway delivers

3.       Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define
requirements and systems goals. Document system issues and desired solution
for resolution.

4.       Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of
enhancing business processes and information process flow. Collaborate with
Business Analysts and Business Users to ensure goals are achieved and
solution design meets business need.

5.       Assist with system configuration

6.       Strong knowledge of the PeopleSoft Upgrade process; Bundle and Tax
Update Methodology

7.       Prototype new procedures for the purpose of enhancing business
processes and information process flow.

8.       Prepare and deliver recommendations, or alternatives that address
existing and potential trouble areas in TAM and Candidate Gateway.

9.       Communicate and present process changes, enhancements and
modifications to management, peers, staff and other associates so that
issues and solutions are understood.

10.   Analyze and recommend system updates, fixes and upgrades. Work with
LTS/HR team to identify approach and timing.

11.   Ensure proper communication.

12.   Ensure compliance with established security and audit procedures.
Participate in system audits.



*Application / Modules:*

&#8226              Expert in PeopleSoft HRMS with emphasis on TAM
functionality and experience in version 9.0

*Responsibilities:*

&#8226              Experience in the different phases of the software
development lifecycle

&#8226              Should be able to demonstrate understanding of
different test cycles and tying business requirements to test results

·         Deep expertise in TAM (PeopleSoft HCM Talent Acquisition Manager
and Candidate Gateway) using PeopleSoft (configuration, conversion,
business process, trouble shooting)

·         Must be able to follow the end to end TAM process and ensure it
is working as designed or can make suggestions to improve it

·         Must be able to ensure development will not break or limit
delivered and other customized processes

·         Ability to test the end-to-end TAM process, manage defects and
report test status

·         Must have at least 2 other TAM implementations – have experience
working with/developing TAM

*Skill Level:*

·         Must have functional/technical knowledge of Talent Acquisition
Manager configuration setup

·         Experience with HP Quality center (Test Director)

·         Experience with writing test scripts and lead the testing phase
of the project

·         Knowledge of XML Publisher

·         5+ years of related experience developing PeopleSoft applications
- Employee Talent Acquisition Manager, Candidate Gateway and e-Recruit

·         3+ years experience with People Tools 8.48 or higher and
PeopleSoft Internet Architecture

·         3+ years PeopleSoft development experience using PeopleCode, SQR,
etc.

·         Knowledge of PeopleSoft Application Engine

·         Advanced knowledge of SQL

·         Knowledge in PeopleSoft integration technologies such as
PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Send and Receive Service Operation,
Component Interface and Web Services with 3rd party systems
