Immediate need for 3 BSA's. These are IT side BSA's not Business Side. Must have experience in a technical background on a App Dev project is important. * * *Please make sure that there resume reflects all the skills required*. Location: Wilmington, DE Rate: $37 C/C Duration: 1 Year Interview: Must be open to Face to Face Interview after phone Work Status: Greencard, US Citizens or EAD • Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business, develop use cases, functional specification and source to target mappings to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews. • Assist Testing Team by ensuring requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed - this will, at times, include creating the test plans for the project. • Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation. Provide and/or create relevant test scenarios for the testing team. Work with test team to develop system integration test scripts and execute testing - all to ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be expected to: • Translate business requirements into IT application impacts • Develop and update functional use cases and conduct business process modeling* * • Ability to work well in a matrixed organization. • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task. • Mobile experience a plus • Minimum 5 years of experience of progressive experience in Information Technology. • Minimum 5 years of proven ability to conduct accurate needs analysis, solve problems, assess technical capabilities, conduct strategic planning, build and motivate teams, and manage Software Testing projects. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst developing Functional Specifications, Process Flows, Use Cases and other SDLC deliverables. • Self-starter with excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills • Effective oral and written communication skills.
