*Position: Lead ETL DEVELOPER* *Location: Wisconsin* *Duration: 6 months* *Job Overview:* You will be part of a team to enable the Policy Administration System (PAS) replacement for Personal Lines by eliminating the use of PMS as a data and reporting repository. In doing so you would assist the client in continuing to build a system agnostic data repository that serves as single trusted source for critical enterprise data. Your ETL, Informatica and modeling experience will assist in establishing the foundation for a data extraction/manipulation routine in such a way that it supports Corporate/Divisional/Departmental objectives, while expanding the existing data governance structure to ensure the long-term integrity of information across our client’s enterprise. *Duties & Responsibilities: * · To provide technical option assessments as needed · Work with BA’s to understand functional and non-functional requirements · Create detailed design specifications for ETL-related components · Develop ETL packages to extract, transform, and load source to target stores · Write and execute unit tests to ensure that development meets basic requirements · Collaborate with Data Modelers and DBAs to ensure necessary modeling and physical table creation completed to support deliverables · Collaborate with Release/Environment Management to triage and resolve batch errors in test environments Skill, Experience & General information Required: · Informatica development · Advanced SQL skills (especially with writing queries) · Experience - Preferred: · 3+ years of experience as an ETL Developer · Proficient with data mapping applications, data profiling tools, and metadata repository software · Proficient with relational databases (SQL Server, DB2) and experience with relational data modeling · Use-case analysis experience · Insurance business domain experience Regards Philip -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
