Position: Oracle HR HCM / Software Engineer Location: Dulles, VA
Duration: 6 months Rate: Open *Job Description*: * Analysis, Design, build and document extensions, modifications, localizations and integration *to Oracle ERP/HR Applications version 11i* as part of ongoing integration projects and production support activities. * Assist MIS business analysts in solution design requiring customizations to *Oracle 11i ERP/HR modules. ** Effectively communicate with MIS business analysts and business users *on Oracle ERP/HR r*elated issues and deliverables. * Translate functional specifications to technical design/specifications for development of Oracle Applications 11i extensions, modifications and integrations including system interfaces, reports, data conversions and custom extensions. * Troubleshoot Oracle Applications 11i issues related to customizations and/or software bugs. * Oracle Applications custom development as part of projects, ongoing support, maintenance and enhancements. *Job qualifications: ** *• Minimum 5 -7 years of Oracle Applications development experience preferably in high tech company, with at least 3 - 4 years of Oracle Applications 11i experience. • Minimum 3 years of experience working on *Hire-to-Retire(HTR)* modules and processes & preferably other Oracle ERP modules as it relates to dependencies and cross-functional processes. • Very good knowledge or experience working on modules: *Oracle Core HR(HCM), iRecruitment, HR Self services application , Oracle Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor(OTL), Compensation Workbench (CWB) *& other supporting apps/tools like Taleo, Successfactor, • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in *SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms 6i, Oracle Reports 6i, Oracle Workflow, JAVA JSP, Oracle Scripting, Oracle Application Object Library (AOL), OA Framework (Oracle Applications Framework). *• Prior experience on designing and implementing transactional interfaces is helpful. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with credibility at all levels of the organization and a team player outlook with the ability to work well with peers. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Effective analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * * *Rupesh* *Tammina **Solutions LLC.** **203 Elden st, Suite 404** **Herndon VA 20170** **Email: rup...@tammina.com** **Phone: 7039532374* *Fax: 703-991-5532** **www.Tammina.com <http://www.tammina.com/>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
