*Position:     PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead With Compensation Management
Location:     San Francisco, CA
Duration:       6 Months+

Job Description :
Compensation Management module functional and implementation experience.
Needs to have strength/depth in the following module areas and hands on
experience in a prior implementation/upgrade, client facing project
setting, version 9.1 preferred:
Variable Compensation – ability to design and setup variable compensation
plans with various criteria for multiple groups
Merit Increase Processing – ability to design and setup merit increase
management processes with integration from performance management,
compensation matrices, and workflow
Must be able to create/understanding:  requirements, functional
specifications, test matrices, test scripts, execute testing, and record
UPK content for Compensation Management*
