Oracle EBS Business Architect (Financial Functional) Kalamazoo, MI 12-18 months Responsibilities: We are looking for an EBS Business Architect for our client project in Kalamazoo, MI who can act as the primary advisor to the business as an overall Business Architect. This person will help translate the EBS IT language with the business needs and requirements. The individual should have several years of EBS experience as well as strong knowledge of overall business processes and finance. Responsibilities include: Develop or participate in the development of best practices related to the strategic planning for the deployment of Oracle EBS globally Collaborating across business segments to assist in the ideal design and business process improvements Participate in the evaluation or assessment of the financial impact of the proposed solutions Effectively communicate the appropriate recommended technological solutions to the business managers and users Assist in translating the EBS requirements and design for the business users Provide knowledge around best practices of global implementations to the business users Must Have Skills: Relevant experience includig a minimum of 3 years experience as a Solution Architect in the Oracle ERP environment Strong functional expertise in the Financial, Projects or HR modules of Oracle EBS 11 or 12 versions Good knowledge of Oracle AIM methodology Good knowledge of the main tools of the Microsoft Office suite Basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting Professional Skills: Good analytical and synthesis skills Organized and track record of meeting deadlines Attach great importance to teamwork and customer relationship Good leadership skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
