Essential skills include: ·NET/C#, ASP.NET (Web Forms), NET Framework 2.0/3.5, WCF web services, and IIS. ·Experience building scalable and secure enterprise web applications is a must. ·Proficiency in Web Services (SOAP/REST), SOA concepts, Web Front End and Batch programming ·Expert experience in JavaScript frameworks AngularJS, jQuery etc. ·Experience in HTML5, CSS3, and one or more of the Responsive CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation ·Experience in SQL Server or other RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 or MS SQL ·Should be comfortable with troubleshooting roles; General interest in new technologies. ·Experience in Agile and Waterfall development methodologies ·Experience in health insurance industry will be a plus. ·Experience in J2EE platform (Core/Spring, Hibernate, Spring Integration) will be an added advantage. ·Communicate effectively with multiple levels within the organization. ·Requires BA/BS degree in related field or technical institute training; 5 or more years related experience; multi platform experience; expert level experience with business and technical applications, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: ·Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements, leads requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the business. ·Leads efforts with Web and marketing team to increase the presence of web products. Owns the change request process and coordinates with other teams as necessary. ·Develops and owns list of final enhancements. ·Develops and defines application scope and objectives and supervises the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from with programs will be written. Performs technical design reviews and code reviews. ·Ensures unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed and system is implemented according to plan. ·Responsible for delivery of application technology solutions and data information planning effort. Coordinates and manages on-call support and owns the system monitoring process. ·Owns the technical development environment and works on the Enterprise team. ·Leads multiple or large projects and facilitates large group JAD sessions for requirements, modeling in several disciplines. ·Leads vendor evaluation and analysis. ·Act as a team lead to implement and plan small to medium technical initiatives and coordinates associated work efforts. Facilitate stakeholder meetings. ·Perform as a ‘lights-on’ quarterback to oversee all defects and small enhancements for an application release.
