*Need :SharePoint Developer Location :Minneapolis, MNDuration :6+months* *Responsibilities:* The SharePoint developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing and documenting all aspects of the solutions. This is expected to be done using out of the box functionality and may include migrating pages/lists/processes from existing sites. The SharePoint developer may be responsible for testing, training, and implementation planning activities such as developing plans, completing risk assessments, reviewing and assigning security, assigning tasks, monitoring and reporting progress, and preparing necessary communications for a variety of audiences. Experience in development using SharePoint to design, build, test, and implement automated solutions for existing and new systems. Experience in managing projects across the full project lifecycle, managing to schedule, cost, and scope requirements, and including elements of design, development, test and implementation. Experience in analyzing and defining business requirements. Ability to work across multiple departments and levels of the organization. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong ability to collaborate within complex organizational structures. *Detailed Job Responsibility and Deliverables:* Collaborate with Client Services business area to identify SharePoint solution(s) that will meet business requirements. Develops, tests, and implements SharePoint solutions. Documents SharePoint site and analyzes and resolves problems. Applies software/system development life cycle methodology and project management standards; following the FRS established methodologies and practices. Work effectively with support office staff and management to complete assignments. Provide training, information, and technical expertise to business area staff and management as necessary. *Detailed Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent combination of education and experience 5 or more years of experience in application development using current technology trends and architectural development solutions to include 2 or more years of project experience using system development life cycle and project management principles required.
