Position : .NET Developer Location :San Diego, Ca Duration :3 Months contract Job Description At least 7 years of application development experience Advanced experience designing, developing, or maintaining mission critical .NET Web solutions with ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server Advanced skills for .Net 2.0 and above Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML Strong knowledge of writing stored procedures and functions in SQL Server 2005 and versions above Experience with MVC, Web Services (both SOAP and REST), AJAX and jQuery Experience developing security for .NET applications including authentication, authorization, and impersonation Experience with various integration approaches with third party applications Experience working under multiple SDLCs (Software Development Life Cycle), including Agile and Waterfall. Advanced skills for object-oriented design and programming Technical leadership, facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills required Demonstrated understanding of code management process, and experience with code management software such as SVN and TFS. Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of comfort working with different teams (in-house and outsource) and adapt well with the changing environments Resourceful; can quickly grasp both business and technical concepts and understand how to find solutions to various scenarios Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and planning skills required Strong problem solving/issue identification skills Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks A self-starter who is able to hit the ground running with minimal guidance Job Description: The Senior Software Developer has to be a highly motivated key member in the team who will work within a team or individually on design and development of web applications and integrations. This person will develop custom solutions or integration solutions for various IT projects, work on enhancement-related development projects for existing applications, interact with internal project managers, business system analysts, other IT teams, and sometime with business groups, in issue resolution. This person will need to report status to the project manager and/or a technical lead.
