The selected candidate will support both new reporting initiatives and
ongoing reporting needs using a variety of tools crossing numerous data
sources. This individual will assist with new reporting initiatives within
the HR & payroll area. Ongoing reporting initiatives will include monthly
Managed Care financial reporting and Performance Improvement initiatives.

*Responsibilities and Skills:*
Support all reporting initiatives associated with F&ES Reporting. This
would include both corporate and field customers such as: Facility,
Division and Group operations, SRG, Legal, Executive Management, Case
Management, Performance Improvement, Reimbursement, REGs and Clinical
Services Group.
The Reporting Analyst should have a working knowledge of hospital
operations and the various systems surrounding the operations such as
HR/Payroll, HOST General Ledger, Online Stats, QMIRS, SMART, Patient
Accounting, and Casemix.
In addition to an in-depth knowledge of data sources, the reporting analyst
should be proficient with reporting tools including (but not limited to) MS
Office, Business Objects, Hyperion Essbase Excel Add-Ins, Vista, HR
Analytics, SQL and Document Direct.
The individual will contribute to the success of the strategic initiatives
of the Financial & Employee Services department thru innovation, creativity
and continued quality and process improvement.
Individual must be self-motivated with the ability to self-direct, track,
measure and document within a professional multi-tasking, multi-priority
environment.
Shared responsibility for security administration and support of the BOBJ
Lawson/Payroll universe system including universe design changes and/or
other tools and applications utilized in sourcing the F&ES analytical
reporting.
The Senior Reporting Analyst will support new reporting initiatives and
applications by gaining an understanding of the underlying data models and
designing reports for new applications.

5+ years of relevant work experience with less than a year of management
experience

Advanced SQL
ADS/PM Knowledge
Hyperion Essbase/Excel Add-Ins/PowerPivot
HOST General Ledger/QMIRS/PA
Microsoft Access
Qlikview
MicroStrategy
Undergraduate college degree required
