Skills & Experience Required : Review Bridgehead backups daily and mitigate errors thru Bridgehead and SJH/Dell team Exercise communication/coordination skills for errors, patch management, critical updates, and hot fixes (via Google) Demonstrated customer facing skills All work will be conducted remotely for a lights out data center This resource must be well versed in server administration, VMWare virtualization and EMC VMax SAN storage Backup knowledge and experience identification of failed backups is what is needed. Backup failures would be coordinated with a 3rd party for resolution.
