Position will be responsible for the overall TSM Architecture implementation and support for the enterprise. Performs technical functions including supporting, evaluating, implementing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and systems for an Enterprise TSM environment. Maintains a high level of service on TSM production systems and anticipates future requirements, trends, and changes to assure current and future customer satisfaction. Performs troubleshooting of TSM system problems utilizing management consoles and other troubleshooting tools. Assists in creating and maintaining graphical and text-based documentation and standards development. Assists in configuring and implementing monitoring and management systems. Available 24 X 7 on rotational on-call and for scheduled maintenance windows. Up to 20% travel required. *Minimum Skills/Qualifications: *Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Ability to work and effectively communicate with executives, enterprise-wide and group management, peers, and outside vendors. Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, organizational skills, and ability to analyze business problems and opportunities. Strong ability to work on and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
