This is a testing role but must have the development exp. We are willing to look at developers who are willing to be testers. Selenium is also used a lot in this environment. To summarize: Must be a tester or developer willing to test fulltime. Must have Java and/or C# programming exp and have used it to test at the endpoint/API level. Must communicate well. Must have leadership qualities. Selenium RC/IDE/GRID exp is helpful. Notes from the manager: *Sr. Software Test Engineer – Looking for a strong Java/C# Developer for our Test group. Must have programming experience to be even considered. * Senior Software Test Engineer – New Product Technology Description New Product Technology (NPT) is an exciting and dynamic organization that provides software development for West Technology. The Quality Engineering and Development group is responsible for ensuring application quality and stability of applications developed in NPT. Agile practices and methods are utilized to implement testing and configuration management solutions. In this position, you will play a key role in providing technical leadership for testing enterprise applications developed using new and emerging technologies and in implementing new, innovative ways of providing quality testing services.
